Each capsule contains aceclofenac 200 mg as a sustained release pellets, rabeprazole sodium 20 mg as enteric coated pellets. It also contains the following excipients: Nonpareil seeds, purified talc, sodium hydroxide, hypromellose, light magnesium carbonate, methacrylic acid copolymer dispersion, glyceryl monostearate, polysorbate 80, titanium dioxide, ferric oxide (red), povidone, ethyl cellulose, triacetin.

Rabeprazole is a (RS)-2-([4-(3-methoxypropoxy)-3-methylpyridin-2-yl]methylsulfinyl)-1H-benzo[d]imidazole. Its empirical formula is C18H21N3O3S, with a molecular weight of 359.444.
