Shelf-life: Dry powder: 3 years when stored below 30°C.
After reconstitution: The reconstituted vial should be used immediately.
After dilution: Infusion bags: The chemical and physical in-use stability of the reconstituted product has been demonstrated for up to 24 hours at 2-8°C followed by up to 12 hours at not more than 25°C.
From a microbiological point of view, the medicinal product should be used immediately. If not used immediately, in-use storage times and conditions prior to use are the responsibility of the user and would normally not be longer than 12 hours at not more than 25°C or 24 hours at 2-8°C, unless reconstitution/dilution has taken place in controlled and validated aseptic conditions.
Infusion syringes: The chemical and physical in-use stability has been demonstrated for up to 6 hours at not more than 25°C.
From a microbiological point of view, the medicinal product should be used immediately. If not used immediately, in-use storage times and conditions prior to use are the responsibility of the user and should not exceed 6 hours at not more than 25°C.
