Indications/Uses
Elevated IOP in patients w/ ocular HTN; open-angle glaucoma, pseudoexfoliative glaucoma or other secondary open-angle glaucomas when combination therapy is appropriate.
Hypersensitivity. Reactive airway disease, history or existing bronchial asthma, severe COPD; sinus bradycardia, SA block, 2nd or 3rd degree AV block, overt cardiac failure, cardiogenic shock. Severe renal impairment (CrCl <30 mL/min).
Sulfonamide hypersensitivity. History of CV disease including cardiac failure, 1st degree heart block. Mild or moderate COPD. Severe peripheral circulatory disturbance/disorders eg, severe forms of Raynaud's disease or syndrome. Patients subject to spontaneous hypoglycemia or to diabetics receiving insulin or oral hypoglycemics. Masking of certain clinical signs of hypothyroidism eg, tachycardia may occur. Surgical anesth. Low endothelial cell counts. Remove contact lenses before application; do not reinsert <15 min. Hepatic impairment. Pregnancy & lactation. Childn <2 yr.
