Administration
May be taken with or without food.
Contraindications
Closed-angle glaucoma, GIT obstruction, paralytic ileus, intestinal atony, toxic megacolon, obstructive uropathy, unstable CV status in acute hemorrhage.

Adverse Reactions
Dry mouth, decreased sweating, urinary hesitance & retention, amblyopia, palpitations, tachycardia, cycloplegia, mydriasis, drowsiness, dizziness, insomnia, nausea, constipation, swelling, impotence, suppression of lactation, severe allergic reaction, rash, drug hypersensitivity.
