In clinical studies, the highest dose was 210 mg, which was administered as a single dose to 6 adult healthy subjects, and was generally well tolerated. In addition, 100 mg once daily for 21 days has been administered to 15 adult healthy subjects and was generally well tolerated. Caspofungin is not dialyzable.
