Dispersible tab: Infant 2-6 mth: ½ dispersible tab (10 mg) daily for 10 days consecutively (even if the diarrhea is already stop); Children 6 mth-5 yr: 1 dispersible tab (20 mg) daily for 10 days consecutively (even if the diarrhea is already stop). Tablets should be dispersed with warm water or breastmilk.
Syrup: Infant 2-6 mth: 1 tsp (5 mL) daily for 10 days consecutively (even if the diarrhea is already stop); Children 6 mth-5 yr: 2 tsp (10 mL) daily for 10 days consecutively (even if the diarrhea is already stop).
Oral drops: Infant 2-6 mth: 1 mL (10 mg) daily for 10 days consecutively (even if the diarrhea is already stop); Children 6 mth-5 yr: 2 mL (20 mg) daily for 10 days consecutively (even if the diarrhea is already stop).
