Hypersensitivity to drug component.
Do not give to people with severe kidney dysfunction, because it can cause hypermagnesia (elevated blood magnesium levels).
Not recommended for consumption by pregnant women. Chlordiazepoxide potentially increase the risk of congenital abnormalities (teratogenic effect) in the fetus.
