Dosage/Direction for Use

Adult 5 mg once daily as monotherapy or combination therapy. Max daily dose: 5 mg.

Overdosage

Administration

May be taken with or without food.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to evogliptin or other dipeptidyl peptidase 4 inhibitors. Type I diabetes or diabetic ketoacidosis.

Special Precautions

Discontinue & do not re-administer if pancreatitis is suspected. Not recommended in patients w/ NYHA class II-IV heart failure. Patients w/ NYHA class I heart failure; medical history of pancreatitis. May affect ability to drive & use machines. Hepatic impairment. Moderate to severe renal impairment. Not recommended in patients w/ ESRD requiring dialysis. Not recommended in pregnant women. Not to be used in lactation. Ped. Elderly.
