Patients w/ SLE & mixed connective tissue disease due to increased risk of aseptic meningitis. GI disorders & chronic inflammatory intestinal disease eg, ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease. Hypersensitivity or having asthma, urticaria or acute sinusitis, GI hemorrhage or perforated ulcer, severe hepatic or renal disease, & dengue hemorrhagic fever are contraindicated. Discontinue if erythematous rash or flu-like symptoms; fever, blister, exfoliation of skin & mucous membrane (eg, buccal cavity, throat, nose, sexual organ, & conjunctivitis) occur. Increased risk of GI bleeding or ulcers; stroke & CV thrombotic events especially when using high doses in prolonged use. Patients w/ heart disease & renal impairment; HTN. Avoid use in individuals suspected of dengue hemorrhage fever or platelets disorders from other causes. Last trimester of pregnancy, & lactation. Elderly.
