Contraindicated in patients w/ asthma, urticaria or rhinitis from allergic to aspirin or NSAIDs; GI bleeding or perforations; dengue hemorrhagic fever; severe hepatic & renal impairment. Discontinue if rash or symptomatic-like common cold; fever, erythema, rash, bullous, skin & mucous membranes (eg, oral cavity, throat, nasal, genital organ) exfoliation & conjunctivitis occur. Increased risk of bleeding or GI ulceration; ischemic stroke & ischemic heart disease especially in prolonged high dose use. Edema. Patients w/ heart disease & renal impairment; HTN. Avoid in patients suspected of dengue hemorrhagic fever or platelet dysfunction. Pregnancy (3rd trimester) & lactation. Elderly.
