Indications/Uses

Phosphate supplement for adults & childn receiving IV nutrition.

Dosage/Direction for Use

IV Individualized dosage. Duration of infusion: At least 8 hr. Adult 10-20 mL daily. Childn & neonate 1-1.5 mmol/kg daily.

Contraindications

Severe renal insufficiency, shock & dehydration.

Special Precautions

Regularly monitor phosphate status. Impaired renal function.
