Medroxyprogesterone acetate.
Each vial (3.0 ml) contains Medroxyprogesterone Acetate 150 mg.
Contraceptive; Dysfunctional uterine bleeding; Endometriosis.
Contraceptive: 3 ml Depomoxie (150 mg) every 3 months by deep IM injection, into the gluteal muscle.
Endometriosis: 50 mg weekly or 100 mg every 2 weeks.
Dysfunctional uterine bleeding of pregnancy: 50 mg weekly from the 1st month to the 3rd month; 100 mg 2 weeks from the 4th month to the 8th month.
Hypersensitivity to medroxyprogesterone or any component of the formulation; cerebral apoplexy, undiagnosed vaginal bleeding, liver dysfunction, thrombophlebitis, pregnancy.
Protect from light and temperature not exceeding 30°C.

G03DA02 - medroxyprogesterone ; Belongs to the class of pregnen (4) derivative progestogens.
