Peripheral Neuropathy: Manage with dose modification or discontinuation. Patients with pre-existing severe neuropathy should be treated with BORTESUN only after careful risk-benefit assessment.
Hypotension: Use caution when treating patients taking anti-hypertensives, with a history of syncope, or with dehydration.
