Severe anaemia, glaucoma, hypotension, increased ICP & idiosyncrasy to glyceryl trinitrate. Not to be co-administered w/ sildenafil citrate &/or other phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitors. Pregnancy & lactation.
Concurrent treatment w/ anti-anginal products containing nitrates. May impair ability to drive or operate machinery especially at the start of treatment due to faintness &/or dizziness particularly in the elderly. Childn.
C05AE01 - glyceryl trinitrate ; Belongs to the class of muscle relaxants. Used in the topical treatment for the treatment of hemorrhoids and anal fissures.
