Patients w/ increased IOP, stenosing peptic ulcer, pyloroduodenal & bladder neck obstruction, symptomatic prostatic hypertrophy, HTN, DM, ischemic heart disease & hyperthyroidism. Gallbladder disease or gallstones, resp impairment, cardiac arrhythmias, history of bronchial asthma, prostatic hypertrophy or urethral stricture. Patients known to be taking other antihistamines or decongestant prep. Patients engaging in activities requiring mental alertness. Not to be used by persons intolerant to sympathomimetics used for the relief of nasal or sinus congestion. May cause drowsiness; do not drive or operate machinery if affected. Severe renal or hepatic impairment. Pregnancy & lactation. Childn 2-6 yr; not recommended for childn <2 yr. Elderly & debilitated patients.
