Smooth Description

Smooth is a transparent instant powder thickener designed for the dietary management of patients with chewing and swallowing disorders (dysphagia) and related clinical situations (e.g., Alzheimer, Parkinson, stroke, maxillofacial surgery). It can thicken all types of liquid or semi-liquid foods (juices, purees, soups, water, etc.), hot or cold. It modifies the texture without affecting the original taste or color.
