Pregnancy: There are no adequate data from the use of Pegstim in pregnant women. Studies in animal have shown reproductive toxicity. The potential risk for humans is unknown.
Pegstim should not be used during pregnancy unless clearly necessary and only if the potential benefit to the mother justifies the potential risk to fetus.
Lactation: Not known whether Pegstim is excreted in milk. Cautions are advised if the drug is administered in nursing women.
