Silybin: Silybin is generally well tolerated. However, adverse effects may occur rarely such as gastrointestinal distress, itching and headache.
Phosphatidylcholine: Nausea, diarrhea, excessive fullness, and increased salivation have occasionally been reported with the use of phosphatidylcholine.
