Dosage/Direction for Use
Older patient 10 mg daily. Maintenance: 10-50 mg daily or up to 100 mg daily if needed. Nail, hair & skin & neurology disorder 5 mg daily. Malabsorption syndrome 10 mg. Biotin deficiency symptom Adult & childn 5-20 mg. Biotinidase deficiency Adult & childn 5-10 mg.

Overdosage

Decreased conc w/ anticonvulsants. Reduced activity of biotinidase w/ valproic acid. Avoid raw eggs; large doses of pantothenic acid.
