Why do I need this medicine?
Luliconazole is used to treat fungal infections of the skin such as ringworm, jock itch and athlete's foot.
How do I use this medicine?
Apply Luliconazole exactly as directed by your doctor or according to the instructions on the label. Do not apply more or less than instructed by your doctor.

This medicine is available as a cream.

To use the cream, follow these steps:
  1. Wash your hands.
  2. Clean and dry the affected area before application.
  3. Apply Luliconazole onto the affected area and to about 1 inch of the surrounding skin. Do not cover, wrap or bandage the area unless instructed by your doctor.
  4. Wash your hands after applying the medicine.
Avoid contact of this medicine with your eyes, mouth or vagina. Rinse immediately if it accidentally gets into your eyes, mouth or vagina. Alert your doctor if you start to have any problems with your eyesight.

The dose of Luliconazole will be decided by your doctor. Your doctor will advise you on the treatment timeframe depending on the type and severity of your infection.

Use this medicine at regular intervals. Do not skip any doses. You must complete the entire course of this medicine. If you don't, the infection will not be properly controlled.
What should I do if I have forgotten to use this medicine?
Apply the missed dose as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and return to your normal dosing schedule.

DO NOT double a dose to make up for a missed dose.

If you often forget to apply your medicine, let your doctor and pharmacist know.
What should I take note of while using this medicine?
Let your doctor know if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Be sure to check with your doctor or pharmacist before giving Luliconazole to a child. Children may be more sensitive to the side effects.
What side effects could I experience?
Luliconazole may cause any of the following side effects: dry, cracked, scaly skin; swelling, redness, inflammation and irritation at the site of application.

Inform your doctor if any of these side effects do not go away or are severe, or if you experience other side effects.
Can I use this with other medicines?
Always notify your doctor and pharmacist if you are taking or using any other medicines, including herbal tonics such as traditional Chinese medicines, supplements and medicines that you buy without a prescription.
How should I store this medicine?
Store in a cool, dry place away from the reach of children.

Medicines must not be used past the expiry date.
