Overdosage

The maximum tolerated dose has not been established in humans. It was reported Single IV doses up to 60 mg/m² have been administered to healthy volunteers in an endotoxemia study without evidence of dose-limiting toxicities. In a clinical study conducted in RA patients, a patient wrongly received rhTNFR:Fc 62mg/m² twice weekly for consecutive 3 weeks and no adverse reactions were observed.
