Indications/Uses
Analgesic & antipyretic in conditions accompanied by discomfort & fever eg, common cold & other viral infections; musculoskeletal pain & painful conditions eg, headaches, dysmenorrhoea, myalgia & neuralgia.

500 mg
1-2 tab every 4-6 hr as needed. Max: Not >8 tab daily.
650 mg

Discontinue use if severe skin reactions occur. Not to be taken w/ any other paracetamol-containing drugs. Renal or hepatic impairment. Women of childbearing potential. Not recommended during late pregnancy. Lactation.

Agranulocytosis, thrombocytopenia, pancytopenia; cutaneous hypersensitivity reactions eg, skin rashes, angioderma, SJS/TEN.
Drug Interactions
Enhanced hepatotoxicity by phenobarb, alcohol & doxorubicin. Caution w/ other drugs affecting the liver. 650 mg:
