Not to be inj into tender, bruised, red or hardened skin areas. Osteonecrosis of the jaw; atypical femoral fractures. Immunogenicity. Correct hypocalcaemia, assess for CV risks & perform dental exam w/ preventive dentistry prior to treatment. Ensure adequate Ca & vit D supplementation. Severe renal impairment or patients receiving dialysis. Not to be used in women of childbearing potential. Pregnancy & lactation. Paed.
