Known hypersensitivity to ARIXTRA or any of the excipients.
Active clinically significant bleeding.
Acute bacterial endocarditis.
2.5 mg/0.5 mL: Severe renal impairment in venous thromboembolic events (creatinine clearance less than 30 ml/min). Acute coronary events (creatinine clearance less than 20 ml/min).
7.5 mg/0.6 mL: Severe renal impairment (creatinine clearance less than 30 ml/min).
