The support of substances by oral route eg, active charcoal, can be useful to reduce the absorption of Spedifen. If >1 hr has passed from the excessive ingestion, it is recommended to adjust the hematic electrolytes by adding alkalies, as no specific antidote for ibuprofen is available.
