Indications/Uses
Gastric ulcer, in combination therapy w/ offensive factor inhibitors (eg, PPI, anticholinergic agents, H2-antagonist agents). Gastritis.
Dosage/Direction for Use
Gastric ulcer 1 tab 3 times daily. Gastritis Adult 1 tab 3 times daily.
Administration
Should be taken with food.
Contraindications
Special Precautions
Pregnancy & lactation. Childn. Elderly.
Adverse Reactions
Leucopenia, thrombocytopenia, liver dysfunction, jaundice w/ increased AST (SGOT), ALT (SGPT), γ GPT, alkaline phosphatase. Rash, itching, urticaria; dizziness, drowsiness; constipation, full sensation in abdomen; menstrual disturbances, increased BUN, edema, malaise, breast tenderness & swelling, gynecomastia, induced lactation, palpitation, fever, facial flushing, numbness of the tongue, cough, resp distress, alopecia.
