Each 0.8 mL contains: Pseudoephedrine HCl 7.5 mg.
Work as a nasal decongestant.
Relieves common cold symptoms, such as sneezing and nasal congestion/stuffiness.
Children younger than 2 years: As prescribed by the physician (for oral use only, not for nasal).
Children 2 - 5 years: 0.8 mL three times daily or, as directed by a doctor.

Patients with hypersensitivity to the component of this medicine.
Should not be administered to patients with known hypersensitivity to other sympathomimetic drugs (i.e. ephedrine, phenylpropanolamine HCl, phenylephrine), patients with severe hypertension, and patients receiving antidepressant therapy like monoamine oxidase (MAO) inhibitors.
Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
Use with caution in hypertensive patients or those who are potentially predisposed to hypertension or stroke, such as overweight or geriatric patients.
If symptoms persist within 3 days, consult a physician or medical service unit.
Stop using this medicine in case of insomnia, palpitation or headache.

Caution to patients with liver and kidney function problem, glaucoma, prostate hypertrophy, hyperthyroidism, urine retention, heart dysfunction, and diabetes mellitus.
Should not be used for children under 2 years, pregnant and lactating women, unless advised by the doctor.
Metabolism dysfunction, headache, insomnia, excitation, tremor, tachycardia, arrhythmia, dry mouth, palpitation, urinary obstruction.
The usage with antidepressant type MAO inhibitor can cause hypertension crisis.
Store at temperature below 30°C.
Protect from light.
