Dosage/Direction for Use
Do not exceed the stated dose.
Children under 12 years of age should not use the product unless recommended by a healthcare professional.
Mouthwash: Fill the cap to the 10 ml line.
Twice daily, thoroughly rinse the mouth with 10 ml Corsodyl for about one minute, then spit out.
When treating mouth ulcers or oral thrush, continue use for 2 days after clinical resolution.
When treating denture sore mouth, dentures should also be cleansed and soaked in solution for 15 minutes twice daily. If the patient is having dental surgery, rinse as directed by the dentist.
Spray: Remove cap and fit the pump head to the top of the bottle.
Normal Use: Corsodyl spray should be applied as required to the tooth and gingival surfaces, ulcers or other sore areas, using up to a maximum of twelve actuations of the spray (0.14 ml / actuation) twice daily. The spray should be applied once in the morning and once in the evening.
Treatment of gingivitis: A course of about one month is advisable.
Aphthous ulceration and oral candidal infections: Treatment should be continued for 48 hours after clinical resolution.
Denture stomatitis: the dentures should be cleaned and then sprayed with Corsodyl spray.
Remove pump head after use and replace cap.
If symptoms persist, stop using and consult the dentist.
