Molax Domperidone. Molax-M Domperidone maleate
Indications/Uses
Symptomatic treatment of nausea, vomiting, epigastric, dyspepsia, digestive disorders, reflux, abdominal heaviness, flatulence, heartburn, hiatus hernia, peptic ulcer, gastritis, duodenitis, chronic regurgitation in infants, irritable colon, hiccup, nausea, vomiting.
Dosage/Direction for Use
Molax Dyspepsia Adult 2-4 tsp. Childn >1 yr ¼ tsp per 5 kg body wt. To be taken tid to qid. Molax-M 1-2 tab tid to qid.
Administration
Should be taken on an empty stomach: Take 15-30 min before meals.
Special Precautions
Neonate <1 mth.
Adverse Reactions
Dry mouth, extrapyramidal symptoms, drowsiness, fatigue, dizziness.
Drug Interactions
CYP3A4 inhibitor, anticholinergic agents.
