Adverse Reactions

The most commonly reported adverse events of Iron sucrose Injection are as follows: Hemodialysis Dependent Chronic Kidney Disease (HDD-CKD) Patients: Adverse reactions, whether or not related to Iron sucrose Injection administration are hypotension, muscle cramps, nausea, headache, graft complications, vomiting, dizziness, hypertension, chest pain and diarrhea.
Peritoneal Dialysis Dependent Chronic Kidney Disease (PDD-CKD) Patients: Adverse reactions, whether or not related to Iron sucrose Injection administration are diarrhea, peritoneal infection, vomiting, hypertension, pharyngitis, peripheral edema and nausea.
Non-Dialysis Dependent Chronic Kidney Disease (NDD-CKD) Patients: Adverse reactions, whether or not related to Iron sucrose Injection administration are dysgeusia, peritoneal edema, diarrhea, constipation, nausea, dizziness, hypertension dyspnea.
In addition to this vomiting, arthralgia, back pain, headache, extremely pain and injection site burning may be observed in patients treated with varying doses of erythropoietin.
