Evra should not be used in women who currently have the following conditions: Hypersensitivity to any component of Evra; Thrombophlebitis, thromboembolic disorders; A past history of deep vein thrombophlebitis or thromboembolic disorders; Known thrombophilic conditions; Cerebrovascular or coronary artery disease; Valvular heart disease with complications; Persistent blood pressure values of ≥160 mmHg systolic or ≥100 mmHg diastolic; Diabetes with vascular involvement; Migraine with focal aura; Known or suspected carcinoma of the breast; Carcinoma of the endometrium or other known or suspected estrogen-dependent neoplasia; Undiagnosed abnormal genital bleeding; Cholestatic jaundice of pregnancy or jaundice with prior hormonal contraceptive use; Acute or chronic hepatocellular disease with abnormal liver function; Hepatic adenomas or carcinomas; Patients receiving drug combinations with paritaprevir/ritonavir, ombitasvir, and/or dasabuvir due to potential for ALT elevations; Known or suspected pregnancy.
