Indications/Uses
GI symptoms of dyspepsia, chronic gastritis; enlarged abdomen feeling, upper abdominal pain, anorexia, heartburn, nausea/vomiting.
Dosage/Direction for Use
50 mg tid.
Administration
Should be taken on an empty stomach.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity. GI hemorrhage, mechanical obstruction or perforation.
Special Precautions
Enhances acetylcholine action which may produce cholinergic side effects. Pregnancy & lactation. Elderly.
Adverse Reactions
Abdominal pain, diarrhea, constipation, nausea, skin rash, headache, increased serum prolactin.
