Levodropropizine

Indications/Uses

Cough.

Dosage/Direction for Use

Adult & childn >12 yr 10 mL up to tid. Childn >2 yr 1 mg/kg tid. Duration: ≤7 days.

Administration

Should be taken on an empty stomach: Take between meals.

Contraindications

Excessive mucus discharge, limited mucociliary & liver function, bronchorrhea. Pregnancy & lactation.

Special Precautions

Serious renal insufficiency. May affect ability to drive or operate machinery. Childn <2 yr. Elderly.

Adverse Reactions

GI & CNS effects, palpitations, hypersensitivity reactions.
