Indications/Uses
Gastric ulcers. Gastric mucosal lesions in acute gastritis & acute exacerbation of chronic gastritis. Prevention of NSAID-induced ulcers.
Dosage/Direction for Use
1 tab tid (morning, afternoon & before bedtime).
Administration
May be taken with or without food.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity. Lactation.
Special Precautions
Childn. Pregnancy.
Adverse Reactions
Constipation, diarrhoea, abdominal distention, nausea, vomiting; ALT, AST & BUN elevation, oedema, hyperbilirubinaemia; gynaecomastia, induction of lactation, menstrual disorders, hot flushes; leucopenia, leucocytosis, thrombocytopenia; rash, urticaria, eczema.
