Indications/Uses
Mild to moderate atopic dermatitis in patients ≥3 mth.
Dosage/Direction for Use
Adult, adolescent & childn 3 mth to 17 yr Apply a thin layer bd to affected areas, may continuously use up to 28 days per treatment course.
Contraindications
Special Precautions
Immediately discontinue use & initiate appropriate therapy if signs & symptoms of hypersensitivity occur. Not for oral, ophth or intravaginal use; thoroughly wipe off &/or rinse w/ water in cases of accidental exposure to these areas. Possible local skin reactions (eg, burning or stinging) on sensitive skin areas (eg, face & neck). Hepatic or renal impairment. Pregnancy. Lactation; not to be applied to breast. Ped patients <3 mth.
Adverse Reactions
Application site reactions including pain (eg, burning or stinging).
Drug Interactions
May increase systemic conc w/ CYP3A4 (eg, ketoconazole, itraconazole, erythromycin, clarithromycin, ritonavir) or CYP1A2 (eg, ciprofloxacin, fluvoxamine) inhibitors. In combination w/ other cutaneous medicinal products including emollients.
