Indications/Uses
Moderate to severe dandruff & seborrhoeic dermatitis in adults.
Dosage/Direction for Use
Apply on wet scalp & leave it on for 3-5 min before rinsing thoroughly w/ water, use twice wkly for 2-4 wk.
Contraindications
Special Precautions
Discontinue use if signs of irritation or hypersensitivity occur. Avoid contact w/ the eyes.
Adverse Reactions
Infrequently, application site reactions including pus collection w/in the skin or hair follicles, skin shedding, inflamed hair follicles, itching, irritation, skin burning sensation, red, dry or tender skin; rash; acne; hair loss, hair color or texture changes; eye irritation; hypersensitivity reactions (sudden swelling of the skin or mucous membranes usually of the face, eyes, or lips), hives, localized eczema; distorted taste perception.
Drug Interactions
May cause skin redness & itching when co-administered w/ corticosteroids (cortisone-type medicines).
