Take the granules on empty stomach if possible.
Adults (over 15 years of age): Oral dosage is 1 to 2 packets in a single daily dose.
Children under 15 years of age: Do not use.
Method of Administration: Once or twice daily, preferably morning and evening, when needed or as directed by a doctor. Start initial dosage with minimum dose, then adjust it to suit to bowel condition.
