1 capsule contains: Extract of Sabal serrulata berries (10-14.3:1) 160 mg and dry extract of Urtica dioica roots (7.6-12.5:1) 120 mg.

1 capsule to be taken twice daily (morning and evening). The capsules are to be taken unchewed with some liquid.
