20-60 mg daily in 1-2 divided doses. Older patient Max: 60 mg daily.

Special Precautions
May cause sexual dysfunction symptoms. Possible drug accumulation in renal impaired patients; adjust dose accordingly. Severe hepatic impairment. Not advisable to patients driving vehicles or machinery; pregnant or lactating mothers.
