Contains 54 mg of potassium per 62.5 mL Ice Block.
Contains 77 mg of sodium per 62.5 mL Ice Block. Quantity of sodium per maximum daily dose is 4.9 g.
Contains: Sugar, sucralose, Sodium benzoate, Potassium sorbate.
No added gluten.
Electrolyte powder for oral liquid ACTIVE INGREDIENTS (per 4.9 g sachet): (See Table 2.)

Quantity of sodium per maximum daily dose is 4.2 g.

No added gluten, artificial colours, flavours and preservatives.
Action
Dehydration due to: Vomiting & diarrhoea, Heat, Travel, Vigorous exercise, Heavy sweating, Occasional hangovers, Heat & excessive exercise at work.
Signs of mild dehydration: Sticky or dry mouth, increased thirst, lethargy, decreased urine output, dark yellow urine.
Indications/Uses
Relieves symptoms of dehydration and helps replace water and electrolytes lost due to vomiting, diarrhoea, heavy sweating, vigorous exercise and occasional hangovers.
Dosage/Direction for Use
DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Ice Blocks oral liquid: 1. Place Hydralyte Ice Blocks in the freezer.
2. When frozen cut open one end with clean scissors.
3. Push the frozen Hydralyte Ice Block from the uncut end.
4. Suck small amounts until consumed.
Hydralyte Ice Blocks may be consumed unfrozen, however, Hydralyte Ready to Use Solution is more convenient as a drink. (See Table 3.)

Electrolyte powder for oral liquid: 1. Fill cup with 200 mL of fresh, cold drinking water.
For babies under 6 months use freshly boiled and cooled water.
2. Empty contents of one sachet into 200 mL cup of water and stir until the Hydralyte powder has dissolved.
3. Sip slowly and frequently while symptoms persist.
4. Discard unused solution after 2 hours or 24 hours if refrigerated.
5. Do not mix Hydralyte with cordial, fruit juice, soft or sport drinks. (See Table 4.)

For dehydration due to other causes: Drink Hydralyte when thirsty or exhibiting signs of dehydration.
Ice Blocks oral liquid: Do not exceed the maximum daily dosage.
Warnings
Seek medical advice if vomiting or diarrhoea persists for more than: 6 hours in infants under 6 months, 12 hours in children under 3 years, 24 hours in children aged 3-6 years, 48 hours in children over 6 years & adults.
Special Precautions
Use only as directed. If symptoms persist, consult the healthcare practitioner.
Use in Children: Ice Blocks oral liquid: Suitable for paediatric use.
Use In Pregnancy & Lactation
Suitable for use during pregnancy.
