Blood glucose-lowering activity may be reduced by corticosteroids, danazol, diazoxide, diuretics, glucagon, INH, phenothiazine derivatives, somatropin, sympathomimetics (eg, epinephrine, salbutamol, terbutaline), thyroid hormones, estrogens, progestins (eg, OCs), PIs & atypical antipsychotics (eg, olanzapine, clozapine).
