Strep pneumoniae serotypes included in the vaccine & will not protect against other microorganisms that cause invasive disease or pneumonia; may not protect all individuals receiving the vaccine from pneumococcal invasive disease or pneumonia. Possible reduced immune responses in some individuals w/ altered immunocompetence. May reduce Ab response to active immunisation in individuals w/ impaired immune response due to immunosuppressive therapy, genetic defect, HIV or other causes. Contains Na <1 mmol/dose. Some adverse effects may temporarily affect ability to drive or use machines. Pregnancy & lactation. Childn & adolescent <18 yr.
