Cap Adult 1-2 g daily given in divided doses at 6-, 8- or 12-hrly intervals.
Severe or deep-seated infections Max: 6 g daily.
Streptococcal pharyngitis or tonsillitis, mild uncomplicated UTI, skin & soft tissue infections 500 mg every 12 hr.
Childn 25-100 mg/kg daily in divided doses. Max: 4 g daily.
