Per 5 mL Thiamine HCl (Vit B₁) 10 mg, pyridoxine HCl (vit B₆) 5 mg, cyanocobalamin (vit B₁₂) 5 mcg, lysine HCl 100 mg, Zn gluconate 82 mg (equiv to elemental Zn 10 mg)

Indications/Uses

Nutritional supplement to improve appetite, wt gain, increase height & other clinical manifestations of Zn deficiency, to supply a dietary supplement of vit B₁, B₆, B₁₂.

Dosage/Direction for Use

Childn 1-10 yr 5 mL (1 tsp), 6-12 mth 2.5 mL (½ tsp), 0-6 mth 1.5 mL. Max: 20-30 mg daily.

Administration

May be taken with or without food: May be taken w/ meals to reduce GI discomfort.

Special Precautions

Anemia & depress plasma HDL-C during chronic administration of Zn (10 x the RDA). May cause diarrhea, vomiting & lethargy (acute toxicity).
