View Xenical overdosage for action to be taken in the event of an overdose.
Administration
Should be taken with food: Take immediately before or during or up to 1 hr after each main meal. If a meal is missed or contains no fat, the dose may be omitted.
Inhibits absorption of oral fat soluble nutrient; decreased absorption of vit D, E & β-carotene. Reduction in cyclosporin plasma levels. Reduced therapeutic effect of amiodarone. Risk of convulsions w/ antiepileptic drugs. Warfarin or other oral anticoagulants. Increased GI events w/ high-fat diet.
