Indications/Uses
Treatment of breast cancer in postmenopausal women.
Dosage/Direction for Use
Administration
May be taken with or without food.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity. Premenopausal women. Pregnancy.
Special Precautions
Monitor for reduced bone mineral density. Patients w/ or at risk of osteoporosis should have their bone density assessed at the start of therapy & at regular intervals thereafter.
Adverse Reactions
GI disturbances including anorexia, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, asthenia, hot flushes, dizziness, drowsiness, headache & rash.
