Aortic & mitral valve stenosis. Concomitant use w/ K supplements, K-sparing diuretics, salt substitutes containing K, or other medicinal products that may increase K levels (eg, heparin). Hepatic & renal impairment. Pregnancy. Not recommended during lactation. Childn. Elderly ≥65 yr.
