Indications/Uses
Dosage/Direction for Use
Instill 1 drop in the affected eye(s) once daily.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity. Combination w/ omidenepag isopropyl.
Special Precautions
Patients w/ aphakia or pseudophakia, bronchial asthma or history of bronchial asthma, endophthalmitis. The following conditions may occur: Pigmentation in iris & eyelid or hypertrichosis around the eyes, corneal epithelium disorder (superficial punctate keratitis, filamentary keratitis or corneal erosion), closed angle glaucoma, temporary blurred vision. Discard 1 or 2 drops before use (in order to eliminate fragments of container possibly contaminated at opening). Discard any remaining soln immediately after use. May impair ability to drive or operate machinery. Pregnancy & lactation. Childn, low birth wt infants, neonates. Elderly.
Adverse Reactions
Conjunctival hyperemia, abnormality in eyelashes, itching, eye irritation, iris pigmentation, blepharal pigmentation, corneal epithelium disorder including corneal erosion & superficial punctate keratitis, hypertrichosis of eyelids, foreign body sensation, abnormal sensation in the eye (discomfort, sticky sensation, dry sensation), eye pain, eye discharge, photophobia, heavy feeling of eye, lacrimation, blurred vision, conjunctival edema, blepharitis, headache, erythema, elevated AST (GOT), +ve urine protein, elevated serum K.
