Patients w/ aphakia or pseudophakia; bronchial asthma or history of bronchial asthma; endophthalmitis. The following conditions may occur: Pigmentation in iris & eyelid or hypertrichosis around the eyes. Corneal epithelium disorder (superficial punctate keratitis, filamentary keratitis or corneal erosion). Closed angle glaucoma. May impair ability to drive or operate machinery. Childn, low birth wt infants, neonates. Pregnancy & lactation. Elderly.
