Cerebral insufficiency, recovery phase of strokeCap 1-2 cap/day. Adult oral drops 100-200 mg bid-tid. Maintenance 100 mg tid. Acute phase of stroke & cerebral traumaCap 1-2 cap once or bid. Adult oral drops 500 mg tid-qid. 125 mg/mL inj 1-2 inj/day. 250 mg/mL inj 1 inj/day. May be given by IM, IV (3-5 min) inj & in IV drop perfusion (dripping speed 40-60 drops/min).
250 mg/mL inj: Administer very slowly (30 drops/min) in case of persistent intracranial hemorrhage. Large doses could provoke increase of cerebral blood flow. Rapid IV inj can produce hypotension. Pregnancy & lactation.
